Signature Teamwear and promotions was founded in 2007 by Scott and Art Gauthier, with the purpose of providing quality merchandise at affordable pricing, with above all, unmatched customer service.

Scott attended St. Mary’s High School in Annapolis and continued his education at Virginia Wesleyan College where he played lacrosse and graduated with a Business and Marketing degree in 2007. Upon graduation Scott, along with his dad, opened Signature Teamwear in 2008.  Scott has developed into one of  the most knowledgeable experts in the area for custom embroidery, sublimation and screen printing for both corporate and athletic apparel. Born and raised in Anne Arundel County, Scott lives in Annapolis with his wife Amanda, their son Owen, and two dogs.

Art has lived and worked in Maryland for over 40 years. Most recently he owned and operated Arthur’s School Uniforms, which was opened in 1991 and grew to be the largest School Uniform Supplier in Anne Arundel County, until its sale to Dennis Uniforms in 2013.  Since that time, he has put his efforts into Signature Teamwear, with the goal of making it into one of the leaders in custom apparel in our area.  Art and his wife Susan, who has owned and operated The Cottage in Park Plaza, Severna Park for 30 years, live in Annapolis. They have three children and six grandchildren.

Vivian has been with Scott and Art since the birth of Signature, but has been a part of the family since 1991. Doing double-duty as the head embroiderer for both Arthur’s Uniforms and Signature Teamwear, she has played a big part in our success, consistently delivering a quality product to our customers.
